I was browsing around for some furniture with some secret compartments and I came across a living room type coffee table that I figured some of you might be interested in seeing. The top of the table slides to one side to reveal a compartment with quite a bit of space. I’m sure just by looking at it some of you more crafty readers would be able to make something like this on your own.
This one in the picture below is available at greatstuff.com, but if you ask me the $699 price tag is a bit insane.
This post will start off rather short but I may edit it in the future as I think of other ideas or as people suggest them to me. If you have a suggestion feel free to leave a comment and you may get yours added to the list, or a future list.
Do not hide anything in your underwear or sock drawer. This is always a classic bad hiding spot that people think others will not go through, but indeed is a first spot to look for most burglars.
Do not leave extra sets of keys hanging on key hooks. Most people use these for convince, but if someone were to break into your home they’d have very easy access to those extra keys that you put all in one place for them to take. They could even take a set of keys possibly without you even knowing and come back at a later date to use them.
Do not leave an extra house key under your doormat. Another obvious one but people still do it.
Do not use garage keypad codes that are birthdays of anyone living in the home. Using a code based off of a birthday is far too easy to guess.
I received an email earlier this week asking if I knew of any type of hidden vaporizer, and it just so happens I own one that I am in love with. I bought a Magic Flight Launch Box about 2 months ago online, I now use it for Eucalyptus which helps my breathing. You can Google what other legal herbs are out there that you can vaporize that have some medicinal effects.
Anyways I figure I’ll tell you a little bit about the Launch Box, first of all it’s tiny. It’s only a few inches in size, which means it will probably be able to fit in any diversion safe you may already own. In the picture below that metal looking object is a AA battery, yes it is cordless and completely portable. Another thing that I like so much about this one is you don’t have to wait for a heating element to heat up like you do with most all other vaporizers, this one is ready to go in seconds. The real thing that I couldn’t believe though was the price on it, it was under $100 which it’s hard to find a real quality vaporizer under a hundred dollars, the lifetime replacement warranty doesn’t hurt either.
Anyways if you wanna see more pictures or are interested in one yourself you can check out VapeStarVaporizers.com, that’s where I got mine.
Found another video from the same people who made the double stage lock boxes that I showed earlier. This video has some models where the 2nd stage needs kinetic energy and the magnet to open. That added little step could mean the difference between someone figuring out how to get inside it and them not. They are a bit overpriced though at nearly $100 each.
This is one of the more interesting diversion safes I have seen lately. It is a aluminum box that is machined out to have a hidden spot inside of it, and it uses magnetics to “unlock”. Just watch the video you’ll see. If you have seen some interesting diversion safes lately too feel free to leave a comment.
